Meet Our Founder
All Ways at Home Care, LLC was founded from the heart of someone who knows what it means to care deeply. While studying as an undergraduate student, I found myself providing care to elderly individuals, many of whom reminded me of the grandparents I never had the chance to grow up with. That experience changed me. It gave me purpose, compassion, and a deep respect for the aging population.
My name is Tenea' Robinson, and I am the founder of All Ways at Home Care. With a Master’s degree in Social Work, my passion for helping others live with dignity, independence, and joy has grown into this agency—a place where care isn't just a service, but a calling.

Inspired by my own experience caring for elders during undergrad and by the absence of grandparents in my own life, I founded this agency to create the kind of support system I would want for my own family.
